Costs
- €6,95 flat rate to anywhere we ship, whatever is in the box.
- Gratis on orders over €100.
- No customs charges and no import VAT inside the EU: the parcel never leaves the customs union. For Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom, customs rules do apply.
Track and trace
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created. If the carrier has not scanned the parcel within 24 hours of that email, tell us — that usually means something went wrong at the depot and we would rather find out from you than not at all.
Packaging
Plain outer packaging. No brand name, no product name, nothing on the outside that says what is inside. The sender address is a neutral Dutch address. Vials travel in moulded foam; lyophilised powder is stable at room temperature for the length of a normal transit, so no cold chain is needed on the way.
If something arrives broken
Photograph the parcel and the contents before you unpack further, and email us the same day at info@peptide-europe.net. We replace breakages. See the returns policy for the rest.
