Short version: unopened and undamaged goes back within 14 days, opened vials do not, and anything broken in transit we replace.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are buying as a consumer within the EU you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and another 14 days to return the goods. Tell us first at info@peptide-europe.net so we can give you a return reference.
What we cannot take back
Sealed vials that have been opened cannot be returned. This is the hygiene and health-protection exception in Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and it applies to every research compound we sell: once a seal is broken we have no way of knowing what happened to the contents, so it cannot go back into stock. The same holds for bacteriostatic water.
An unopened vial with an intact seal, in its original packaging, is fine.
Damaged or wrong on arrival
Photograph it before unpacking further and email us the same day. Breakage in transit and picking mistakes are ours: we send a replacement, or refund, whichever you prefer. You do not pay return shipping for our mistake.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund within 14 days to the payment method you used. Outbound shipping is refunded at the standard rate; return shipping is yours unless the return is our fault.
Batch disputes
If you believe a batch does not match its published lab report, send us the batch number and what you measured. We will pull our retained sample and have it re-analysed. If we were wrong, you get a full refund and we take the batch off sale.
