Ordering and shipping
How fast do you ship?
Order before 17:00 on a working day and the parcel leaves the Netherlands the same day. Two to four working days to most of Europe; see the per-country table.
Do I pay customs or import VAT?
No. We ship from inside the EU, so there is no customs clearance and no import charge anywhere in the union.
What does shipping cost?
€6,95 flat, free over €100.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain outer box, neutral sender, nothing on the outside naming the contents.
Can I order larger quantities?
Yes, and it gets cheaper per vial as you go up. The quantity selector on every product page shows the price per vial at 1, 2, 5 and 10. For anything larger than that, email us — we hold real stock and can usually quote the same day.
Products and quality
What does “HPLC ≥98%” actually mean here?
An independent laboratory ran high-performance liquid chromatography on a sample from that batch and measured at least 98% of the stated compound. The report, with the chromatogram, is published under the batch number.
Where do I find the report for my vial?
Every vial has a batch number printed on it. Enter it on the lab reports page and you get the purity, the test date and the laboratory. We email the full PDF.
What about blends — GLOW, KLOW, the BPC/TB blend?
Blends do not get a single purity figure, because that would hide which component is short. We publish the measured milligrams per component instead.
How should I store them?
Lyophilised powder: -20°C for long-term storage, 2–8°C if you will use it soon. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water: 2–8°C, and use within the window stated on the product page. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water?
Yes, 3ML and 10ML, 0.9% benzyl alcohol. It is in the shop under accessories.
Use and the law
Can you tell me how much to use?
No. We supply research compounds for laboratory work and we do not give dosing, administration or protocol advice of any kind. Any request for it will be declined.
Why does the site ask me to confirm research use?
Because that is the legal basis on which these compounds may be supplied at all. It is not a formality: orders where the intended use is clearly not research are refused.
Is this legal where I live?
Possession and use of research chemicals is regulated differently in every member state, and it is your responsibility to know your own law. We ship within the EU; we do not advise on national rules.
Payment and account
How can I pay?
iDEAL, card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Klarna. Paying by iDEAL, enter your own name exactly as your bank has it, or your bank will refuse the payment.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest.
