These terms apply to every order placed through peptide-europe.net. Please read them before ordering.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Peptide Europe and the buyer. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing. Where the buyer is a consumer, nothing in these terms limits rights that Dutch or EU consumer law grants and that cannot be waived.
3. Products and intended use
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or foodstuffs, and are not intended for human or animal use. By ordering, the buyer confirms that the products will be used solely for laboratory research and that the buyer is qualified to handle them. See Research Use Only.
We may refuse any order, in whole or in part, where the intended use does not appear to be research, where national law in the delivery country prohibits supply, or where we doubt the accuracy of the order details. A refused order is refunded in full.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if one occurs we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel.
5. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. Confirmation of receipt is not the same as acceptance: we may still refuse an order under clause 3.
6. Payment
Orders are paid at checkout by iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Klarna. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the period stated at checkout.
7. Delivery
We ship from the Netherlands within the EU. Orders placed before 17:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Stated transit times are the carrier’s and are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery; for consumers, risk passes when the parcel is handed to the buyer or a person designated by the buyer.
If delivery has not taken place within 30 days and the delay is ours, the buyer may cancel and receive a full refund.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Sealed products that have been unsealed are excluded, on grounds of health protection and hygiene (Article 6:230p(f)(2) Dutch Civil Code, implementing Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). 9. Conformity and complaints
We deliver products that conform to the description and to the published lab report for the batch. Complaints about damage or shortage must reach us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Complaints about conformity must be made within a reasonable period of discovery. Statutory warranty rights are unaffected.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the products other than for laboratory research, from failure to observe stated storage conditions, or from breach of applicable national law by the buyer.
11. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR; see our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the court of their own domicile. Consumers may also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
